Composite Curing Furnaces

8 August 2025

Composite curing furnaces are specially designed to cure parts produced with reinforcement materials such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, and similar, together with resin-based or comparable matrices.

These furnaces offer the following advantages in composite production processes:

Superior Curing Performance

  • Controlled temperature increase and uniform heat distribution enhance the mechanical strength and dimensional stability of the cured parts.

Energy Efficiency

  • Operates typically within a temperature range of 40°C to 200°C.
  • Equipped with low thermal mass insulation materials, minimizing heat loss and reducing energy consumption.

Advanced Automation & Traceability

  • Key parameters such as temperature, curing time, cooling fan speed, and optional vacuum are automatically controlled.
  • A SCADA-based control system allows real-time monitoring and recording of all process data.

Flexible & Customizable Design

  • Available in various sizes and capacities tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Optional features such as fresh air intake or vacuum-assisted systems can be integrated.

Reliable and Repeatable Production

  • Ensures consistent curing quality across production batches.
  • Helps minimize production errors and increases operational safety with precise process control.

At Sistem Teknik, we are proud to offer reliable, efficient, and high-quality furnace systems tailored to your composite manufacturing needs.
