Sistem Teknik has become a RETROFEED partner!

We are excited to be one of the 18 partners of RETROFEED around Europe.

As an ambitious endeavour towards sustainability in process industry, the European Union is funding research and innovation with the RETROFEED Project through the Horizon 2020 investments. We are excited to be one of the 18 partners of RETROFEED around Europe. We produce and implement the core equipment that reduces carbon emissions and energy consumption in aluminium recycling. Through retrofitting and advanced monitoring, we aim to maximise energy and resource efficiency in aluminium recycling. Keep following us for more details!

We Participated at the TMS 2020!

We participated at the 149th Annual Meeting & Exhibition of the Minerals, Metals and Materials Society, San Diego

We presented our state-of-the-art technology heat treatment designs at the TMS 2020 149th Annual Meeting & Exhibition of the Minerals, Metals and Materials Society, San Diego between 23rd and 27th February this year.
Visitors of exhibition came to our booth and found out about our newest heat treatment and melting designs.
During the fair, we communicated with many companies and had the opportunity to describe the products we produce as Sistem Teknik. As usual, we had an enjoyable and efficient fair, informative and developing fair participation.

Sistem Teknik & Granges America

An article on our work with Granges America was published in Light Metal Age. The article expounds our latest annealing technology and gives details about the nozzle analysis of our products and the automation work we did with Revolvind, Sistem Teknik’s IoT Partner.

Sistem Teknik has recently commissioned six aluminium coil annealing furnaces and a charging car in Granges Americas.

After several R&D projects, our engineering team has developed innovative nozzles based on CFD analyses, torque-controlled thermocouples, and a Manufacturing Execution System for fully autonomous recipes among many other state-of-the-art technology designs and applications.
