• Sistem Teknik accepts to act with social responsibility awareness in all of its activities as part of its values and principles as one of the basic elements of management understanding.
With this understanding;
• We act sensitively to traditions and cultures of Turkey and other countries which we carry on business, we act in accordance with all legal regulations.
• We do not employ child labor at any stage of production. We undertake not to employ our interns (young workers) in dangerous conditions without exceeding their working hours.
• We are against forced or compulsory labor. Considering the personal rights of our employees, we plan working hours and leave days fairly.  
• We work in accordance with working hours determined by law. We comply with the principle of volunteering for overtime.
• We believe that all our employees have the right to work in a healthy and safe environment under working conditions in accordance with human dignity.
• We minimize the hazards in the workplace and provide the conditions for working in a healthy and safe environment. We raise our employees' awareness through regular trainings to ensure and protect the safety of our employees.
• We respect our employees' right syndication and collective bargaining.
• We respect our employees' right to form trade unions and collective bargaining.
• We do not accept discrimination within the company due to language, race, color, gender, political opinion, belief, religion, sect, age, physical disability or similar reasons.
• We treat employees honestly and fairly, and commit ourselves to a non-discriminatory, safe and healthy work environment.
• We respect the personality and dignity of every employee and do not allow verbal, physical or psychological harassment or coercion.
• We ensure that the personal rights of our employees are fully and correctly exercised. We work in accordance with the basic principles of minimum wage, overtime and social services required by law.
• We evaluate the social responsibility of our subcontractors and aim to adopt the same principles in social responsibility issues.
• We manage the environmental impacts that may arise from all our activities with a sense of responsibility.
