Refination System Using Process Gases of Hydrogen and Inclusions That Dissolved in Liquid Aluminium

    Hydrogen is the only gas that can be released significantly in molten aluminum. As the temperature of aluminum increases, the amount of hydrogen increases suddenly. Water vapor is 

the most important cause of hydrogen in the aluminum alloy. Furnace atmosphere that aluminum produced, moisture in the refractory and used tools, consisting of wet raw scrap and old water vapor acts as hydrogen source. In the project, our company has realized the production of the degassing unit to be used in the melting of scrap aluminum or first-hand aluminum production.


Autoclave Design and Production That Used in Production of Aircraft Components

    In our project, autoclave used in the production of aircraft components with a length of 14 meters and an inner diameter of 4 meters was produced.


Fully Automatic Billet Casting System With Air and Oil Curtain Feature H2020-NMBP-SPIRE-2019

    The subject of the project is a fully automatic system design and prototype production with air and oil curtain for the casting of molten aluminum from the furnace into billets with diameters of 5 "(127 mm) - 7" (178 mm) - 9 "(228 mm).
