Sistem Teknik designs and produces aluminium coil annealing furnaces (CAACAFs) for the homogenisation annealing, intermediate annealing, and final annealing of aluminium coils.
These furnaces are generally manufactured for the N2 atmosphere according to alloy requirements. In CAACAFs, O2 levels can be reduced to 0.1%.
These furnaces have indirect gas heating systems (with self-recuperator burner and radiant tube) or electric heating systems. Temperature homogeneity in these furnaces is in the range of ± 4 °C. PLC and SCADA interfaces are provided for a user-friendly experience and easy maintenance.
Due to the drive controls of the fans in the system, less energy is consumed during furnace holding. The economiser allows fresh air suction and the provision of protective gas (N2) while the furnace exhaust heats these gases into the furnace, increasing energy savings further.
Materials are cooled down to temperatures below 300 °C through the usage of the gas/water heat exchanger in a protective atmosphere.
The charging car in the system enables loading and unloading bidirectionally for the furnaces and the stations
