Bu f\u0131r\u0131nlar, i\u00e7erisinde hem \u0131s\u0131tma haznesi hem de ya\u011f tank\u0131n\u0131 ayn\u0131 anda bar\u0131nd\u0131ran, 1300\u00b0C kadar y\u00fcksek s\u0131cakl\u0131klara \u00e7\u0131karak vakum alt\u0131nda uygun re\u00e7eteye g\u00f6re \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem ve tutma prosesini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirip hemen ard\u0131ndan yine vakum alt\u0131nda veya vakumsuz ya\u011fa dald\u0131rma i\u015fleminin uygulanabildi\u011fi, kompakt tasar\u0131ma sahip f\u0131r\u0131nlard\u0131r. Sistem Teknik olarak bu f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131n \u00fcretimini AR-GE \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n sonucunda ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z ba\u015far\u0131n\u0131n sonucunda ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirmeye ba\u015flad\u0131k ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki projelerle beraber sekt\u00f6r i\u00e7erisinde yeterince ses getirece\u011finin bilincindeyiz.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Vakum_Altinda_Yagda_Sertlestirme_Prosesi\"><\/span><b>Vakum Alt\u0131nda Ya\u011fda Sertle\u015ftirme Prosesi<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u0131r\u0131na yerle\u015ftirilen malzeme \u00f6ncelikle \u0131s\u0131tma haznesi i\u00e7erisinde istenilen rampada \u0131s\u0131tma i\u015flemine tabi tutulur. Burada re\u00e7eteye g\u00f6re belirli tutma s\u00fcreleri uygulan\u0131r. Ard\u0131ndan malzeme f\u0131r\u0131n d\u0131\u015f\u0131na al\u0131nmaya gerek duyulmaks\u0131z\u0131n, otomatik bir sistem vas\u0131tas\u0131yla \u0131s\u0131tma haznesinden al\u0131narak ya\u011f tank\u0131 i\u00e7erisine transfer edilir ve tank i\u00e7inde ya\u011fda su verme i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015fir. Ya\u011f tank\u0131 istenilen s\u0131cakl\u0131k ve bas\u0131n\u00e7ta tutulup istenilen kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma h\u0131z\u0131yla kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131labilir. Is\u0131tma haznesindeki \u0131s\u0131tma i\u015fleminde, proses ihtiyac\u0131na y\u00f6nelik haz\u0131rlanan re\u00e7etelerin basamak say\u0131lar\u0131 ne kadar olursa olsun bu f\u0131r\u0131nlarda uygulanabilir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Avantajlari\"><\/span><b>Avantajlar\u0131<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">F\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n kompakt tasar\u0131m\u0131, enerji tasarrufu sa\u011flamas\u0131, \u00e7evreci anlay\u0131\u015f\u0131 ile birlikte karbon sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131na olan minimum etkisinin g\u00f6zlemlenmesi tercih edilme sebeplerinin ba\u015f\u0131nda gelmektedir<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Dusuk_Basincta_Karburleme_LPC_Firinlari\"><\/span><b>D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Bas\u0131n\u00e7ta Karb\u00fcrleme (LPC) F\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde pop\u00fclaritesi gittik\u00e7e artan ve \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem sekt\u00f6r\u00fcn\u00fcn g\u00f6zdesi haline gelmeye ba\u015flayan bir di\u011fer f\u0131r\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fidi olan LPC f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131, geleneksel ve bilinen f\u0131r\u0131nlara g\u00f6re teknik avantajlar\u0131yla inovatif bir se\u00e7enek haline gelmi\u015ftir. Bu f\u0131r\u0131nlarda LPC (Low Pressure Carburizing- D\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Bas\u0131n\u00e7ta Karb\u00fcrizasyon) i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilir. LPC prosesi vakum alt\u0131nda, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7 de\u011ferlerinde, karbonlay\u0131c\u0131 bir gaz yard\u0131m\u0131yla, ostenitleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerindeki bir s\u0131cakl\u0131kta ve \u00f6nceden haz\u0131rlanm\u0131\u015f bir re\u00e7etenin uygulanmas\u0131yla yap\u0131lan bir karb\u00fcrizasyon i\u015flemidir. Sistemde karbonlay\u0131c\u0131 gaz olarak propan, asetilen gibi gazlar kullan\u0131labilir. Sistem Teknik olarak AR-GE \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131z sonucunda vakum alt\u0131nda ya\u011fda sertle\u015ftirme f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z \u00fczerindeki inovatif de\u011fi\u015fimlerimizle birlikte \u00fcretimini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz LPC f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131m\u0131zda, vakum alt\u0131nda ya\u011fda sertle\u015ftirme quench yap\u0131labilirken ayn\u0131 zamanda da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7ta karb\u00fcrizasyon i\u015flemi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilmektedir. F\u0131r\u0131n\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131n\u0131 ve i\u015flem esnas\u0131nda karb\u00fcrlenen malzemede meydana gelen de\u011fi\u015fimleri g\u00f6zlemlemek i\u00e7in ekibimizle birlikte uzun s\u00fcren u\u011fra\u015flarla ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdi\u011fimiz deneysel proseslerin neticesinde ald\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z g\u00fczel sonu\u00e7lar, bizlere LPC f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n gelecek i\u00e7in umut vaat etti\u011fini g\u00f6stermi\u015ftir.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Proses\"><\/span><b>Proses<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Prosese ba\u015flanmadan \u00f6nce ilk olarak karbonlanmas\u0131 istenen malzeme \u0131s\u0131tma haznesi i\u00e7erisine al\u0131n\u0131r ve proses re\u00e7etesi f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n kontrol\u00fcn\u00fc sa\u011flayan otomasyonel sisteme girilir. Haz\u0131rlanan re\u00e7etede, vakum alt\u0131nda \u0131s\u0131tma ve bu s\u0131cakl\u0131kta tutma (tercihe g\u00f6re tutma ad\u0131m\u0131 iptal edilebilir), i\u015flemlerinin ard\u0131ndan, boost (karbonlama) ve diffusion (dif\u00fczyon) basamaklar\u0131 yer al\u0131r. Bu basamaklar birer ad\u0131mdan olu\u015fabildi\u011fi gibi \u00e7ok fazla say\u0131da da olabilir. (\u00d6rne\u011fin; 10 boost, 10 diffusion ya da 7 boost, 7 diffusion ad\u0131m\u0131 gibi.) Boost ve diffusion ad\u0131mlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u00fcreleri ve sisteme beslenen karbonlay\u0131c\u0131 gaz\u0131n debisi \u00f6nceden belirlenerek re\u00e7eteye eklenir. F\u0131r\u0131n \u00f6ncelikle, istenildi\u011fi takdirde re\u00e7eteye g\u00f6re \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma yapar ve bu \u0131s\u0131tma ad\u0131m\u0131 yine re\u00e7eteye g\u00f6re birka\u00e7 ad\u0131mdan olu\u015fabilir. Daha sonra f\u0131r\u0131n, yine re\u00e7eteye uygun olarak i\u015flem uygulanan malzemenin ostenitleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerindeki bir s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011fa getirilir ve istenildi\u011fi takdirde belirlenen s\u00fcrede sabit s\u0131cakl\u0131kta bir tutma ad\u0131m\u0131 uygulan\u0131r. Bu ad\u0131mlar\u0131n ard\u0131ndan Boost ve Diffusion ad\u0131mlar\u0131na ge\u00e7ilir. Boost ad\u0131m\u0131nda karbonlay\u0131c\u0131 gaz sisteme \u00f6nceden belirlenen debide ve s\u00fcrede verilir. Difussion ad\u0131m\u0131 ise malzemenin karbonlama gaz\u0131na maruz kald\u0131ktan sonra karbonu emmesi i\u00e7in tan\u0131nan s\u00fcreden olu\u015fur. Bu s\u00fcre zarf\u0131 boyunca sisteme k\u0131smi bas\u0131n\u00e7ta azot verilir. Karb\u00fcrleme a\u015famas\u0131ndan sonra malzeme ya gaz alt\u0131nda ya da ya\u011fda su verme i\u015flemine tabi tutulabilir. Kompakt tasar\u0131ma sahip LPC f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131nda e\u011fer ya\u011fda su verme i\u015flemi yap\u0131lacaksa, malzeme f\u0131r\u0131ndan d\u0131\u015far\u0131 \u00e7\u0131karmaks\u0131z\u0131n f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6zel sistemi sayesinde \u0131s\u0131tma haznesinden direkt olarak ya\u011fa dald\u0131r\u0131labilir. Ya\u011f tank\u0131 istenilen bas\u0131n\u00e7ta ve s\u0131cakl\u0131kta tutulabilir ve talep edilen kar\u0131\u015ft\u0131rma h\u0131z\u0131yla tank i\u00e7erisinde sirk\u00fclasyon sa\u011flanabilir. LPC prosesi karbon emdirilebilen t\u00fcm \u00e7elik t\u00fcrlerinde kullan\u0131labilir. \u00d6zellikle bu proses sayesinde orta ve d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck karbonlu \u00e7eliklere kolayl\u0131kla karb\u00fcrizasyon i\u015flemi yap\u0131labilir. Re\u00e7ete \u00fczerinde yap\u0131lacak de\u011fi\u015fimlerle d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck ya da y\u00fcksek ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00e7eliklere de LPC prosesi uygulanabilir. \u00d6zellikle mil ve di\u015flilerde, havac\u0131l\u0131k ve savunma sanayinde kullan\u0131lan sertlik ve a\u015f\u0131nma direncinin istendi\u011fi ala\u015f\u0131ml\u0131 \u00e7eliklerde LPC tercih sebebi olan bir uygulamad\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Avantajlari-2\"><\/span><b>Avantajlar\u0131<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">LPC prosesi sonucunda atmosferik ortamda yap\u0131lan karbonlama i\u015flemine g\u00f6re, istenen karbon oran\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayan ve daha homojen da\u011f\u0131l\u0131ml\u0131 karb\u00fcr yap\u0131s\u0131na sahip, d\u00fczg\u00fcn y\u00fczeyler elde edilir. Bu sayede i\u015flem g\u00f6ren y\u00fczeylerin her noktas\u0131nda e\u015fit karb\u00fcr da\u011f\u0131l\u0131m\u0131na paralel olarak e\u015fit faz yap\u0131s\u0131 ve istenen sertlik de\u011ferinin de t\u00fcm b\u00f6lgelerde ayn\u0131 d\u00fczeyde oldu\u011fu g\u00f6zlemlenir. Ayr\u0131ca LPC\u2019nin atmosferik ortamda yap\u0131lan \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flemlere g\u00f6re daha k\u0131sa s\u00fcrede, daha d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck s\u0131cakl\u0131klarda ve haz\u0131rlanan re\u00e7ete sayesinde daha kontroll\u00fc ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi, kullan\u0131lan gazlara ait kay\u0131plar\u0131n minimuma indirgenmesi de sistemin avantajlar\u0131 aras\u0131nda yer al\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca bunlar\u0131n sonucuna ba\u011fl\u0131 olarak di\u011fer proseslere g\u00f6re daha fazla enerji tasarrufu sa\u011fland\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucuna var\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Yaptigimiz_Deneysel_Calismalarinin_Sonuclarindan_Bazilari\"><\/span><b>Yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z Deneysel \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n Sonu\u00e7lar\u0131ndan Baz\u0131lar\u0131<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sistem Teknik AR-GE ekibi olarak kendi \u00fcretti\u011fimiz f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131m\u0131zda, kendi haz\u0131rlad\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z re\u00e7etemizi uygulayarak LPC denemeleri ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Deneysel \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131m\u0131zda, 16MnCr5 \u00e7eli\u011fini d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck bas\u0131n\u00e7ta karbonlad\u0131ktan hemen sonra ya\u011fda su verdik. Proses sonras\u0131nda numunelerimizi metalografik olarak haz\u0131rlad\u0131k ve analizlerini ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirdik. Ve elde etti\u011fimiz verilerle hedefledi\u011fimiz sonu\u00e7lara ula\u015fabildi\u011fimizi g\u00f6zlemledik. \u015eekil 1 ve 2\u2019de 0,55 mm karbon derinli\u011fi istedi\u011fimiz numuneler i\u00e7in proses \u00f6ncesi ve sonras\u0131 renk farkl\u0131l\u0131klar\u0131, \u015eekil 3\u2019te sertlik de\u011ferleri \u015eekil 4 ve 5\u2019te ise numunenin mikroyap\u0131 g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc yer almaktad\u0131r.
