Tak\u0131m \u00e7eliklerinin \u0131s\u0131l i\u015fleminde, i\u015f par\u00e7as\u0131n\u0131n mukavemeti, sertli\u011fi, toklu\u011fu ve mikroyap\u0131s\u0131 gibi fiziksel ve metalografik \u00f6zellikleri hizmete uygunlu\u011funun alt\u0131nda yatan yegane niteliklerdir.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00fczg\u00fcn tasarlanm\u0131\u015f bir kal\u0131p \u00fczerinde istenen fiziksel ve metalografik \u00f6zelliklerin elde edilmesi ise kontroll\u00fc \u0131s\u0131tma ve so\u011futman\u0131n ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilebilece\u011fi \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 ile m\u00fcmk\u00fcn olmaktad\u0131r. G\u00fcn\u00fcm\u00fczde, taneler aras\u0131 korozyonun \u00f6n\u00fcne ge\u00e7me maksatl\u0131 vakum f\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131 tak\u0131m \u00e7eliklerinin \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flemi i\u00e7in s\u0131kl\u0131kla tercih edilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu makale kapsam\u0131nda en \u00e7ok kullan\u0131lan \u00e7elik tiplerinden olan 1.2344 (H13) s\u0131cak i\u015f tak\u0131m \u00e7eli\u011finin North American Die Casting Association (NADCA) kapsam\u0131nda yay\u0131nlanan NADCA#207-2018standard\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda Sistem Teknik Sanayi F\u0131r\u0131nlar\u0131 A.\u015e. taraf\u0131ndan imalat\u0131 ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmi\u015f olan VF-1D-A-696 tipi vakum sulama f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131ndaki performans\u0131 incelenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Elde edilen sonu\u00e7lara g\u00f6re f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n istenen performans kriterlerini sa\u011flad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve malzeme \u00fczerinde istenen sertlik de\u011ferlerine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. Materyal ve metod NADCA#207-2018 standard\u0131, kal\u0131p \u00e7eliklerinin malzeme, \u0131s\u0131l i\u015flem ve \u00f6zel kalite isterleri kapsam\u0131nda NADCA\u2019ya \u00fcye olan kurulu\u015flar taraf\u0131ndan al\u0131nan ortak kararlar neticesinde olu\u015fturulan kabul kriterlerini i\u00e7ermektedir. Standart i\u00e7erisinde belirtilen test prosed\u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7l\u0131 gaz so\u011futma kabiliyetine sahip vakum f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131 i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli oldu\u011fu belirtilmektedir.<\/p>\n<p>Bu kapsamda vakum f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131ndaki so\u011futma h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n malzemede istenen metalurjik \u00f6zellikleri sa\u011flayacak kadar h\u0131zl\u0131 fakat \u00e7arp\u0131lma ve \u00e7atlama riski olmayacak seviyede kontrol\u00fc olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi vurgulanmaktad\u0131r. \u00d6zellikle A serisi Premium H13 s\u0131cak i\u015f tak\u0131m \u00e7eli\u011fi i\u00e7in vakum \u00f6stenitleme ve y\u00fcksek bas\u0131n\u00e7taki gaz alt\u0131nda sulama karakterinin kritik oldu\u011fu \u00fczerinde durulmaktad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda so\u011futma h\u0131z\u0131n\u0131n belirlenen \u00f6stenitleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131ndan minimum 28\u00b0C\/dk ile so\u011fumas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi vurgulanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r [1]. Standart kapsam\u0131nda test numunesi olarak ele al\u0131nacak kal\u0131p boyutlar\u0131 net olarak f\u0131r\u0131n faydal\u0131 hacmine g\u00f6re ifade edilmemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>Ancak test sonucunda beklenen kalite isterlerinin bir ayr\u0131t\u0131 400 mm\u2019den b\u00fcy\u00fck par\u00e7alar i\u00e7in ge\u00e7erli olamayabilece\u011fi belirtilmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda NADCA testi kapsam\u0131nda VF-1D-A-696 tipi vakum f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n\u0131n faydal\u0131 hacmi i\u00e7erisinde yer alabilecek ve standart kapsam\u0131ndaki azami uzunluk baz al\u0131narak500 kg k\u00fctlesinde 400 mm x 400 mm x 400 mm boyutlar\u0131nda H13 kalite s\u0131cak i\u015f tak\u0131m \u00e7eli\u011fi kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. So\u011fuma esnas\u0131nda f\u0131r\u0131n kontrol termokuplunun g\u00f6sterdi\u011fi de\u011fer yakla\u015f\u0131k 8 dakika i\u00e7erisinde 70\u00b0C\u2019nin alt\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fm\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr. Y\u00fczey termokupllar\u0131 ise 1030\u00b0C\u2019den 540\u00b0C\u2019ye farkl\u0131 zamanlarda ula\u015fm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>NADCA test sonucundaki so\u011futma h\u0131z\u0131 de\u011ferinin hesaplanmas\u0131nda 540\u00b0C\u2019ye en yava\u015f ula\u015fan 3 numaral\u0131 y\u00fczey termokuplu ele al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Tablo 1\u2019den g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi test re\u00e7etesinde ilk \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak 630\u00b0C, ikinci \u00f6n \u0131s\u0131tma s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak 830\u00b0C ve \u00f6stenitleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131 olarak A1885 i\u00e7in NADCA standard\u0131nda belirtilen de\u011fer olan 1030\u00b0C belirlenmi\u015ftir. NADCA Testi SCADA Trend Ekran\u0131 y\u00fczey termokupllar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6stenitleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda belirtilen GSoak de\u011ferinde ula\u015fmas\u0131ndan 90 dk sonra, ikincisi \u00e7ekirdek termokuplunun da \u00f6stenitleme s\u0131cakl\u0131\u011f\u0131nda belirtilen GSoak de\u011ferinde ula\u015fmas\u0131ndan 30 dk beklenmesinden sonras\u0131d\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p>Tablo 1\u2019de verilen 7. step bu maksat ile eklenmi\u015ftir. Son olarak so\u011futma a\u015famas\u0131nda f\u0131r\u0131n 8 bara azot bas\u0131nc\u0131 alt\u0131nda 2700 devir\/dk fan devri ile so\u011futmaya al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bulgular ve tart\u0131\u015fma NADCA testi boyunca f\u0131r\u0131n konrol ve y\u00fck termokupllar\u0131 ile f\u0131r\u0131n i\u00e7 bas\u0131nc\u0131n\u0131n kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131 SCADA ekran g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcs\u00fc \u015eekil 2\u2019de verilmi\u015ftir. \u015eekilde test termokuplu 1, 2, 3 ve 4 y\u00fczey termokupllar\u0131na, 5 nolu termokupl ise \u00e7ekirdek termokupluna ait de\u011ferleri g\u00f6stermektedir. \u015eekilden g\u00f6r\u00fcld\u00fc\u011f\u00fc gibi NADCA test blo\u011funun f\u0131r\u0131na y\u00fcklenmesinden sonra f\u0131r\u0131n ilk olarak vakum alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015f ve vakum mertebesi 0,5 mbar de\u011ferinin alt\u0131na ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131nda rezistanslara g\u00fc\u00e7 verilmi\u015f ve \u0131s\u0131tma prosesi ba\u015flat\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Vakuma alma esnas\u0131nda re\u00e7etede girilen zaman de\u011feri 3 dakika sonucunda f\u0131r\u0131n\u0131n 9&#215;10-2 mbara de\u011ferine ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 g\u00f6zlemlenmi\u015ftir. Toplamda ise 900 kWh enerji t\u00fcketildi\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Bu de\u011ferinin \u00fczerine vakum pompalar\u0131n\u0131n ve di\u011fer elektriksel ekipmanlar\u0131n da \u00e7ekti\u011fi elektrik enerjisi dahil edildi\u011finde lak ve deformasyona rastlanmam\u0131\u015f olup, blok y\u00fczeylerinde d\u00f6rt k\u00f6\u015feden ve merkezden al\u0131nan sertlik \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcmlerinde 51-53 HRC mertebesinde f\u0131r\u0131nda yerle\u015fik olarak bulunan enerjimetre vas\u0131tas\u0131 ile 1007 kWh enerji t\u00fcketimi oldu\u011fu belirlenmi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n<p>NADCA test blo\u011funun 500 kg ve y\u00fckleme \u0131zgaras\u0131n\u0131n 67,5 kg oldu\u011fu g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulunduruldu\u011funda NADCA testi esnas\u0131nda enerji t\u00fcketiminin birim k\u00fctle ba\u015f\u0131na 1,77 kWh oldu\u011fu hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
