Sistem Teknik Ltd. offers heat treatment plants used for melting, hot holding, homogenizing, preheating, ageing, annealing, solutionizing, re-heating, precipitation hardening, bright annealing and brazing of non-ferrous metals (Al, Cu, Cu-alloys, Zn etc.). The furnaces are designed and produced to meet all requirements of the customers by utilizing latest heating and controlling technologies. Furnaces can be operated by gas or electricity with direct or indirect heating system and equipped with gas generators when controlled atmosphere is necessary. Fully automatic control systems provide all required time –temperature curves (heating, hot holding, cooling etc.) of the processes accurately.
