Sistem Teknik started up Bursa Vacuum Heat Treatment Plant of Assab&Korkmaz Çelik. Now Vacuum Gas Quenching Furnace with 800 kg charge capacity and Vacuum Tempering Furnace capable of nitriding and nitrocarburazing are operating in Bursa plant of Assab&Korkmaz Çelik.

Sistem Teknik Ltd. manufactures custom designed electrically heated or gas-fired industrial furnaces used for all heating & heat treatment processes in ferrous metals industry. The furnaces are provided with direct or indirect heating system and being operated fully automatically to ensure accurate temperatures for every heat treatment processes. The main application areas of furnaces are annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering, recrystallization annealing, spherodizing, bright annealing, carburizing/decarburarizing, and nitriding/ carbonitriding processes.
   
  Non-Ferrous Industry
 

Sistem Teknik Ltd. offers heat treatment plants used for melting, hot holding, homogenizing, preheating, ageing, annealing, solutionizing, re-heating, precipitation hardening, bright annealing and brazing of non-ferrous metals (Al, Cu, Cu-alloys, Zn etc.). The furnaces are designed and produced to meet all requirements of the customers by utilizing latest heating and controlling technologies. Furnaces can be operated by gas or electricity with direct or indirect heating system and equipped with gas generators when controlled atmosphere is necessary. Fully automatic control systems provide all required time –temperature curves (heating, hot holding, cooling etc.) of the processes accurately.
